1st Family Dental of Little Village and our Chicago dentists have been providing general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontic services since 2006.
Our full-service Chicago family dental office is located in the heart of Little Village (La Villita) at 4049 W. 26th St. We are one block west of Pulaski Road at the corner of Karlov and 26th Street, and are a short drive northwest of Midway Airport. Our dental office serves patients from the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, IL, as well as surrounding communities including the Midway area, North and South Lawndale, and University Village. Residents of the nearby suburbs of Berwyn, Cicero, and Stickney also find our location convenient to their homes and workplaces.
The nearest rail service include the Metra BNSF stop in Cicero, as well as the Pulaski-Cermak Pink line. CTA Bus route #53, #54, and #60 serve the area and have stops that are convenient to our office. Metered parking is available on 26th Street, and free street parking can be found on all neighborhood streets.

Yes. We see children from around age one through their teens at Little Village, alongside adults and seniors — families can book appointments together rather than making separate trips. We accept AllKids for paediatric coverage.
Yes. Call (773) 521-2800 as early in the day as you can and we’ll do our best to see you the same day at Little Village. For a knocked-out tooth, severe pain, swelling, or bleeding that won’t stop, phone us before coming in so we can prepare.
Orthodontic care is available through 1st Family Dental, and your Little Village dentist can start the referral. Dedicated orthodontists practise at our Addison, Arlington Heights, Aurora, La Grange Park and Roselle offices. Consultations are free.

1st Family Dental of Little Village features calming, comfortable and well-equipped treatment rooms. Our Chicago family dental office is fully digital and includes a panoramic x-ray machine, which allows us to provide on-the-spot diagnostics for orthodontics and oral surgery. Our surgery rooms also feature Nitrous Oxide service and massage chairs.
Our decor is unique and charming, and is in keeping with the spirit of the Mexican heritage found in the Little Village neighborhood. Our waiting area is spacious and features a children’s play area to help our younger patients to relax and look forward to office visits.
Our Chicago family dental clinic in Little Village is family-friendly. Our Chicago dentists, orthodontists, and staff are experienced and enjoy seeing babies and toddlers ages 12 months and up, as well as kids, teens and adults. We offer family appointments to help accommodate your busy schedule. We are open 6 days a week, with evening and Saturday hours to better serve our valued patients.
