1st Family Dental of Logan Square and our Dentists have been providing general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontic services since 2004.
Our full-service Chicago family dental office is located at 2511 North Milwaukee Avenue, just north of Sacramento Avenue. We are a 5 minute walk southeast from the blue line CTA station at Kedzie Avenue, and from the Logan Square park and its iconic monument. Street parking for both cars and bicycles is available on Milwaukee Avenue. Sacramento Ave also offers free street parking. CTA Bus route #56, # 52, and # 74 all serve the local area with stops that are convenient to our office.
Our dental practice is a proud supporter of the Logan Square and surrounding communities, and an active member of the Chamber of Commerce. We participate in the Milwaukee Avenue Arts Festival each year alongside many other local businesses.
1st Family Dental of Logan Square was host to “Dentist With a Heart,” a day of free dental care for area residents in need of help with their oral health. On that day, we saw patients and donated more than $8,000 in free services to individuals in need.

Yes, we’re accepting new patients of all ages at our Logan Square office. You can book online or call (773) 772-5555. New patients complete a short registration form, and we recommend arriving ten minutes early for a first visit.
Yes. We see children from around age one through their teens at Logan Square, alongside adults and seniors — families can book appointments together rather than making separate trips. We accept AllKids for paediatric coverage.
Yes. Call (773) 772-5555 as early in the day as you can and we’ll do our best to see you the same day at Logan Square. For a knocked-out tooth, severe pain, swelling, or bleeding that won’t stop, phone us before coming in so we can prepare.
Orthodontic care is available through 1st Family Dental, and your Logan Square dentist can start the referral. Dedicated orthodontists practise at our Addison, Arlington Heights, Aurora, La Grange Park and Roselle offices.

Our dental office was originally located just half a block north in the old bank building which is now home to Riteway Pharmacy. In 2007, we relocated to 2511 N. Milwaukee, with all new construction and fully digital equipment.
We welcome patients of all ages, and are proud to be a part of the rich and diverse fabric of the local community.
Our dental clinic is family-friendly and our Logan Square dentists, orthodontists, and staff are experienced and enjoy seeing babies and toddlers ages 12 months and up, as well as kids, teens and adults. We offer family dental appointments to help accommodate your busy schedule. We are open 6 days a week, with evening and Saturday hours to better serve our valued patients.
Dr. Karnaukh was excellent. Her assistant did a really good job cleaning my teeth. I learned how to floss properly and got an electronic toothbrush to maintain good dental hygiene. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There was no wait time at all and everyone answered all my questions in full detail. I like 1st Family Dental of Logan Square a lot!

I came here for the first time at the beginning of the year for a walk-in appointment. The staff was able to accommodate me with an appointment in about an hour. The receptionists were very friendly.
