Responsibilities will include providing customer service for patients including greeting and checking in new and existing patients, managing multi-line phones, verifying insurance coverage, explaining treatment plans, receiving and processing payments, handling financial accounts, scheduling patients, reporting, etc.
Candidates should be experienced and efficient in managing the day to day administrative tasks and activities of a busy practice. We are seeking someone who is willing to grow with the practice and who is passionate about dentistry. Experience with Eaglesoft and supervisory experience are strongly preferred.
