Theresa, a dedicated dental hygienist, is passionate about providing gentle and compassionate dental care to her patients. She takes pride in seeing her patients with healthy smiles and strives for excellence in every patient interaction. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Chicago State University and is a licensed and Registered Dental Hygienist from Loyola University Maywood Campus, where she graduated with top honors. She is also certified in dental anesthetics and CPR.
Theresa actively pursues professional development, recognizing the importance of continuing education. She attends dental conferences and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in dental hygiene care. She also seeks to integrate new dental efficiencies and share them with her colleagues.
As an engaged member of professional associations, including the Illinois State Dental Hygienist Association, National Dental Hygienist Association, and African American Dental Hygienist Association, Theresa believes in staying involved and voting on matters related to the dental hygiene profession.
Outside of work, Theresa volunteers in community events such as the Back-to-School Book Bag giveaway and the March of Dimes Walkathon. She also contributes to providing sustenance to homeless populations. In her spare time, Theresa enjoys roller skating, stepping, and salsa dancing
