Maryana Shtypula
Maryana Shtypula was born and raised in Ukraine, and moved to the United States with her family when she was 18. Maryana obtained her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Indiana University Northwest. Maryana is licensed to administer local anesthesia, and is able to provide a full range of dental hygiene treatment and services to patients of all ages.
Maryana is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, and Illinois Dental Hygienists Association (IDHA). She is also an active member of the nonprofit organization Ukrainians in Medicine. Maryana stays up-to-date about emerging technologies and trends of dentistry by being an active member in professional associations as well as continuing education courses and training.
As a health care provider Maryana applies her professional knowledge and skills to serve her community with the highest standards of care. She believes that prevention and treatment of oral diseases should be considered as an integral component of total health. Maryana dedicates a lot of time of volunteering and serving those who are in need.
In her free time, Maryana enjoys traveling, sailing, playing tennis and snowboarding. During the summer you’ll find her running along Lakeshore Drive.
