The incumbent will improve community knowledge, and establish and increase new patients visiting the offices, and serve as liaison for the company with community stakeholders, business partners, and other relevant groups and individuals related to dental health issues.
The successful candidate must have an understanding of Chicago area Spanish speaking communities, values, cultures, networks, and particular needs, and be able to utilize connection opportunities to help the company to effectively respond to the needs of this market area.
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in both English and Spanish
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
University degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Research and prospecting skills
Creative thinking ability in searching for leads & strategic partners
Ability to work with all levels of professionals and build relationships
Ability to manage a high volume of lead generation
High-quality customer service skills
Possess solid time management and organizational skills
Ability to travel locally and work non-traditional hours as needed to participate in networking opportunities, special events, meetings, etc.
Knowledge/understanding of the dental field is a plus
