Dental Call Center: Scheduling & Concierge – Full Time & Part Time opportunities available
Seeking friendly and professional individuals to join our team to provide concierge-level support for callers seeking general, specialty, and orthodontic services. Call center staff will manage phone system, provide information and answer questions about services, insurance coverage, providers, procedures, amenities, etc. Schedule consultations, new patient visits, and other appointments for multiple locations, providers, and schedules.
Successful candidates will have experience in the dental field, and be familiar with dental terms and procedures. Must have excellent phone communication skills, be able to develop rapport with callers, addressing their questions, interests and concerns, and well as collect information in a professional, approachable and efficient manner. Must be able to consistently convert calls to appointments. Other responsibilities include insurance verification, transferring and routing calls, outbound and follow up calls, other related responsibilities as assigned.
Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish or Polish are preferred. Multiple shifts and positions available. Weekend availability is required.
