Meet Dr. Sreynoch (Srey) Hun, a dentist who doesn’t just fix teeth—she builds lasting relationships and creates smiles that go beyond just the surface. With a heart full of passion for oral health and a commitment to making every visit a positive experience, Dr. Hun is known for her approachable, gentle demeanor. She’s a big believer in open communication and making sure her patients feel comfortable and cared for, no matter what brings them to the chair.
A proud graduate of Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Hun also boasts a stellar academic background with a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. She thrives on keeping her skills sharp by staying up-to-date on the latest dental research, ensuring that her patients get the best care possible.
When it comes to her areas of expertise, Dr. Hun is highly skilled in aesthetic dentistry including cosmetic restoration to endodontics, extraction, and prosthodontics. She has a knack for working with cutting-edge CAD/CAM technology. She also enjoys working with kids, where her patience and understanding make her a pro at easing anxiety and teaching little ones (and their parents) the importance of good oral hygiene.
But Dr. Hun’s talents aren’t confined to just the clinic. She’s a leader in her field, having served as Vice President of Xi Psi Phi, and is deeply committed to giving back to her community. Whether she’s volunteering at the Kids’ Community Dental Clinic, helping out at Special Olympics Special Smiles Chicago, or participating in CDA Cares, Dr. Hun is always ready to make a difference. Her dedication has earned her several accolades, including the Inside UCSF and APIASF scholarships.
Outside of her dental practice, Dr. Hun loves to recharge by running along the lake, pilates, tasting new dishes, traveling the world with her younger sister, and experimenting in the kitchen. Fluent in Khmer, she brings a diverse and unique perspective to everything she does. With her expertise, warmth, and constant drive to learn, Dr. Hun is on a mission to improve not just her patients’ smiles, but their overall well-being.
