Dr. Robert Tsang was born in Chicago, IL but moved to the Chicagoland suburb of Westmont when he was 6 years old. He currently lives in Streeterville.
Dr. Tsang completed his undergraduate education at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He spent the next year relaxing and traveling abroad in Asia before completing dental school at UIC College of Dentistry. During dental school, he volunteered at Goldie’s Place, which provided dental services to those in need.
Dr. Tsang has completed continuing education in oral surgery, laser dentistry, endodontics, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry. He is actively participating in further continuing education as he believes it helps him provide the best care for his patients.
Dr. Tsang understands going to the dentist may be an overwhelming experience to some, and so his goal is to make each visit as comfortable as possible. “I want each patient to be treated as a friend or family, to understand their dental conditions, and to leave with a healthy, happy smile!”
In his free time, he loves to go to the gym and watch TV shows. He is also an avid tennis player and is currently learning the guitar.
