Dr. Maher Jandali – Oral Surgeon
Dr. Maher Jandali is a graduate of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at New York City’s Columbia University and New York Presbyterian Hospital. He earned his dental degree at McGill University in Montreal and his medical degree at Columbia University.
Dr. Jandali also brings to our practice a year of General Practice Residency at Columbia University and an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. In addition, he has worked since 2011 at four different dental offices, focusing on simple/wisdom teeth extractions, dental implants and apicoectomy.
Dr. Jandali has contributed to improving the dental and oral health of the underserved population through mobile dental outreach programs and through participating in Healing The Children cleft lip and palate mission trips to Colombia. His clinical interests include reconstructive and orthognathic jaw surgery, maxillofacial pathology, Botox and Juvederm treatment, and dentoalveolar surgery including wisdom teeth extractions, dental implants, and bone grafting procedures.
He likes to spend his free time on outdoor activities, playing soccer and reading. He’s now excited to move with his family to the Chicago area and serve its diverse community. Interacting with people is something he’s always very much enjoyed. He says “It’s most gratifying when my patients leave my office happy and satisfied with their treatment.”
